It’s interesting how the crossover between fashion and the sports industry merges

Some creative types of sports designers often do not like to distinuish between the two textile sectors and disciplines deeming themselves wholly ‘sportwear designers’,

This moreso than not seems to be due to the functional element of such things as performance sports.

Others Disagree and if they are both fashion menswear and womens sportswear designers at the same time for instance, then they welcome the merge and the fusion.

After much consideration given to the outdoor industry

and our continued support in collaboration with the Outdoors Industries Association

we have definately decided to expand our portfolio into supporting the rock-climbing sector which my rope strength research from umist will continue to now involve more womens rock-climbing as well as developing fresher rope-strength strategies for mens rock climbing within our industry.
